Video Stroke Analysis
Video Stroke Analysis is a 30 minute lesson for advanced and competitive swimmers. Using our state of the art video capture system, our experienced coaches will watch and record the swimmer’s stroke. With that video, the instructors will prepare an analysis of the individual’s swimming technique. At the end of the session the swimmer will be sent a multimedia presentation.
Analysis lessons take place primarily in our continuous flow tank. If start or turn technique analysis is desired, we can accommodate you in our 2 lane pool prior to 3:00 pm on weekdays.
Pricing: $125 for 30 minutes including video
Starts, Turns, & Technique Coaching
Utilizing our 25 yard pool and diving blocks, swimmers will work with a coach to improve their starts, turns, or a specific technique concern. This session does NOT include video analysis.
Pricing: $70 for 30 minutes
